Recently, our company was invited to participate in the investigation activity of the Yangtze River basin for new energy marine mobile power.

The event was attended by relevant leaders such as Liu Chuncheng, the project leader of State Grid Jiangsu Integrated Company, Zhang Xiang, the manager of Boat Friends Circle (Jiangsu) Technology Co., Ltd., and Qi Changbo, the manager of Nanjing Lishida. In recent years, the State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. has implemented the national deployment and vigorously implemented the policy guidance of "replacing oil with electricity". It has built multiple shore power facilities in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River basin and along various water transportation channels, reducing the adverse impact of the use of diesel and other energy sources on water quality.

At the meeting, Manager Liu elaborated that waterway transportation is an important component of the comprehensive transportation system, is the main artery of China's overall transportation industry, and has made great contributions to China's national economic and social development. According to statistics, currently, there are only about two million people engaged in shipping and freight transportation in the inland river basin of China, and the group of boat people with difficult living conditions is a part that is easily overlooked by society. However, we should understand the living needs and electricity usage standards of boat people in detail, adjust them in stages, and gradually implement them.

Mr. Liu also stated that the main purpose of this visit was to understand and improve the electricity consumption methods of shippers, as well as to reduce carbon emissions and implement the energy-saving and emission reduction policies of the State Grid. At the same time, a marine power supply was also brought on site, allowing users to truly experience and experience the practical situation of the product.

Manager Zhang highly recognized and agreed with Manager Liu's statement. Manager Zhang introduced that Ship Friend Circle Technology is a one-stop integrated water service platform that connects the demand side and supply side of shipping services, and a comprehensive support platform that covers multiple services such as water refueling, online shopping, ship maintenance, water logistics, medical care, and finance.

At the same time, he introduced to us the actual electricity needs of shipowners. During long-term berthing of ships at the dock, it can be connected to shore power to meet daily life. However, in the case of short-term berthing, it is relatively difficult to use electricity. The cost of power supply by oil fired generators is high, and the ships' own batteries are far from meeting the needs of life. Therefore, marine power supply plays a significant role in improving the situation of marine civil electricity.

Manager Qi conducted a detailed investigation on the technical needs of the ship owner. It is understood that boat people use relatively less electricity in their daily lives, and only use more when the air conditioning is turned on in summer and winter. During berthing, diesel generators are generally used for power supply, resulting in high fuel costs, high noise, and the need to arrange personnel on duty to watch.

The marine power supply jointly built by State Grid and Ship Friends has different capacity models, which can meet the needs of a variety of small and medium-sized ships. After seeing the marine power supply equipment, the ship owner also expressed approval, saying that if they had a marine power supply, their life would be much simpler.
